At Jernigans, we believe good food starts with good ingredients. Our beef is grass-fed, American Durham Chuck. We grind our beef in-house daily for the freshest burgers in town. We also serve Marys Free Range Chicken, all-natural pork, and uncured thick-cut Bacon. We take pride in providing variety for vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-free diners, allowing us to serve meals for an array of dietary lifestyles.
We get seasonal produce from local farms as often as possible and all of our bread is from Truckee Sourdough Company and our tortillas are from Hola Tortillas around the corner. Our dressings, Aiolis, and pickled veggies are made and cut in-house, along with our beer batter and pretty much everything else! Jernigans offers quality you can taste.
