Musicians & Fans Text Opt-In

This page allows musicians, performing artists, and community members to opt in to receive SMS notifications from NevadaCity.Rocks. You may select one or both options using the checkboxes below.

• Performing Musicians — you will receive a weekly reminder asking for your upcoming gig information so it can be posted on the NevadaCity.Rocks calendar. You may reply directly with your bookings, making this a two‑way, operational communication channel.
  Message frequency: typically one message per week, with additional replies depending on your interaction.
• Music Followers Performance Alerts — you will receive alerts only after you subscribe to one or more specific performing musicians. You will receive an alert for each upcoming performance of the artists you follow. By default, alerts are sent five days before each performance, and you may customize this timing on a per‑artist basis. You may also choose multiple alerts for the same performance (for example, seven days and three days in advance). You can subscribe or unsubscribe to individual artists at any time.
  Message frequency: depends on the number of artists you choose to follow and how often those artists perform. You will receive one alert for each upcoming performance of the artists you subscribe to. Some users may receive several alerts per week if they follow multiple active performers. If many alerts are scheduled close together, they may be combined into a single digest message.
  Additional customization features may be available to signed‑in members of NevadaCity.Rocks.
