    John Voter started his lending career in 1992 after personally experiencing the loan process while buying his first home in Nevada County. He quickly noticed the loan process was often complicated and time-consuming for clients. Experiencing the frustration and stress it caused him, John was determined to find a way to make it more efficient and personalized.

    He set out to make real connections, work with diverse clients and listen to their unique needs.
